Once you place an order with us, we begin work on the first draft of your ad in the design phase, which will take 3 - 5 business days. At any point in the design phase, the customer is eligible for a full refund with written request.

Once the first draft is sent to the customer, if it is accepted "as is", as a final draft, the customer is not eligible for a refund, as they are accepting the banner ad as a final product and it will be listed on our directory "as is". If the customer requests changes to the ad, these changes will be made within 3 business days , and the customer is eligible for a refund during this time period , until final approval is given.

Since The Best of USA is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the banner ad is approved and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing our services.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor Requests for a refund within the period of 2 weeks after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.
